Working Principle
After pretreatment, put the foodstuff in a low temperature and vacuum surroundings, the inner moisture of the foodstuff will sublimate from solid state to gaseous state so as to remove the moisture and preserve the foodstuff for a long time.

1) The horizontal cylindrical pot is made of stainless steel 304.
2) Heating plates are installed in both sides.Surface anodicoxidation treatment for the aluminum plate.Releasing over 100% heat from the product by radiation.This makes heat more uniform and complete.
3) Heating temperature can be normal to 120ºC.
1) Qucik freezer room is made of PU color steel plate.
2) First freeze the product into -18ºC after 3-4 hours.The room temperature can be -18ºC~-35ºC.

Name: cold trap/Condenser
1) It is made of stainless steel 304.
2) Cold trap can catch water from the material.While moisture in the product is sublimating under vacuum enviroment,cold trap catch the water and melt ice on the coil after drying.Then is ready for another condensation cycle.
*multi cold traps can melt ice while drying, highly increase the production efficiency. While one cold trap is catching water, another cold trap can melt at the same time.

2) Two units of vacuum pump,roots+rotary-vane pumps.
When pre-vacuumized,need two units open together to make sure the pot reaching 133Pa within 15 minutes quickly.Product won't change shape or anything.
When formal vacuum drying, one unit of pump to ensure vacuum environment is ok.Energy save.

1) Hanging rail come across pretreatment material loading→quick freezing→freeze dry→unloading and packing→sterilizing for trolley and trays.
