Spiral freezer is a high efficient quick freezing machine with small floor space and large capacity.

It is mainly suitable for bread fermentation and cooling;freezing aquatic products,flour products,meat,poultry,bagged condiment,dairy products and ice cream,etc.

The capacity is 300kg/h-3000kg/h.

 

According to the rotary drum quantity,it can be divided into two types:DSF single-drum spiral freezer and SSF double-drum spiral freezer.

Name: Conveyor belt 
1) Food grade stainless steel 304 belt as a part of transmission.Meat,chicken,beef,mutton etc.product can be put on it. 
2) Belt height distance is between 150mm to 170mm.Baffle is 25mm high,avoiding material slipping down.

 

Name: Cooling fan=evaporator+fans
1) Evaporator is made of aluminum tubes and aluminum fins,non-rust.
2) Energy efficient and low noise axial flow fans are mainly made of stainless steel 304,blowing cold air to freeze the product in short time.



Name: Insulation panel
1) Double sides stainless steel polyurethane sandwich panel as insulation plate for freezer,
thickness is120mm.
2) Polyurethane foam has high density and ensures no condensation on the outer wall after assembly.




Name: Electric control box
1) The control box is made of stainless steel 304.
2) Good quality of electrical components.VFD can be international famous brand.
3)  Inner temperature of the spiral freezer can be showed on the screen.
