 HGD Series Belt Dryer

 HGD series belt dryer id a new-designed drying equipment developed by our company for improving   productivity and reducing labor cost. It is the most commonly-used drying equipment in fruit and vegetable processing   factory both at home and abroad.

 HGD series belt dryer consists of drying cabinet, heating device, fans, belt and automatic control system. The conveyor belt   can be stainless steel mesh belt, stainless steel perforated plate belt, or high temperature resistance nyion belt. Partial hot air   can be recycled. 

Working Principle: 

The steam will heat exchanger, the normal temperature air through the exchanger in to high temperature dry air, and then the fan is blown to the drying box, so as to heat and dry the material.
