This processing lines for prunes with and without pit are completely made in stainless steel and they include from the emptying of the bins, washing, selection, stones separation, moisture increasing, sorbating, oiling, inspection and boxes filling. 

Moisture increaser stands out for its thermal performance, low steam consumption, easy cleaning , easy operation, obtaining a excellent hydrating of the fruit, color, moisture and temperature before next process. According to costumer needs this last can vary for prunes with or without pits.

Responsible to feed and to dispens raw material wich arrive to the plant in bins. The standard Walley bin dumper is an hydraulic machine design for smooth and controlled download.



Used for product washing and removal of soil, sticks and leaves attached to it.
The system comprises a rotary cylinder carrying the product from one end to another, in this way receives the action of a pressurized water shower which washes the same in its entire surface, since as the product progresses permanently changes its position on the showers.

 

This equipment has as main function the reception of product from washing sector enter in a water pool. Throgh a pump the product is sended in a hydraulic conveyor to the higher level of the equipment where is located a cascade. It this point stones, nails, etc will stay in the frap.
The product travel trough riffles ending on a parabolic separator. Here water goes to the tank and product continues to the moisture increasig process.

This equipment represent a real revolution in the fruits hydrating systems. Has a technology to reduce operating costs, increase profits and decrease the generation of bacteria. 
A comparison of traditional systems, the moisture increaser, reduce significantly wastewater production resulting in higher yields and product quality. Also has a system for easy cleaning, as their top cover liftable by four machanical lifting devices, allowing access to the tunnel for a complete and simple cleaning.

This machine give by nozzles layer of oil solution and preservant as glucose, to give more brightness, improve view and avoid growth of fungus.
The fluid is maintained in a reservoir(customer prepares it self) and injected through a metering pump to be adjusted easily, producing the desired impregnation of the product. The amount of the metering pump are two, one for the solute, and one for rinsing(according to customer's requirement).

The Belt Inspection Conveyors allows dirt, debris and impurity to be picked out and hence preventing these to be carried further down the processing line.
