Application

Chain type blanching machine suitable for blanching vegetables, fruits and aquatic products before quick-freezing or drying, and especially suitable for easily-demaged and long-stripe-like products.

This process can enhance the flavors and colors of the product, as well as retain the nutrients.

Comparison to traditional systems, the moisture increaser reduces significantly wastewater production, resulting in higher yields and product quality.

What's more it has a system for thorough cleaning, as their top cover is liftable by two groups of mechanical system, allowing access to the tunnel for a easy and complete cleaning.
