Application

It is widely used in automatic food processing lines. Especially for the granular materials whose diameter is no less than 2mm.

 

Working principle

There a sieve drum and a rotary drum with spiral fins settled on a concentric reducer, when the materials conveyed into sieve drum, under the function of centrifugal force, the materials will be thrown into drum room. At the same time, the little drop on material surface is too small to do circular motion, so it is thrown away via sieve, and collected to drain. And the materials are pushed to the up outlet by the rotary drum, and discharge from the up outlet continuously.
