Summary

SFD-2 mini freeze dryer machine is consisted of freezing and drying pot, vacuum pumps, heating system, refrigerating machines, pre-frozen system and control system, etc.
In composition and design, SFD-2 is a miniaturization of large equipment, so that craft curve made by SFD-2 could extensively apply with large equipment's industrial production. Compared with the larges, SFD-2 has a larger capacity in vacuum, refrigeration and heating, convenient for various trial studies of specific technics.

Working Principle

After pretreatment, put the foodstuff in a low temperature and vacuum surroundings, the inner moisture of the foodstuff will sublimate from solid state to gaseous state so as to remove the moisture and preserve the foodstuff for a long time.
