Application

YXJ corn kernel washing machine is suitable for washing corn kernels and pea seeds, etc. It's an indispensible cleaning machine in sweet corn or pea freezing line and canning line.

Working principle

YXJ corn kernel washing machine is constituted by debris removing tank, separating drum and circulation water device, etc.

After feeding into washer inlet, sweet corn kernel goes into debris removing tank evenly under the function of water flow. In the debris removing tank, the first groove is for heavy debris; through adjusting the water flow, make the debris heavier than sweet corn kernel sink into bottom.

The second groove is for light debris. Through special splitter plate, make floating debris (partial sweet corn hair and light insect) go into garbage collection tank under the guide of water flow, and the sweet corn kernels sink into bottom slowly. At bottom, by the force of water flow, the sweet corn kernels, broken sweet corn kernels and husks will go into separating drum.

After sweet corn kernels going into separating drum, the first outlet is to separate broken sweet corn kernel, insect and husk and partial sweet corn hair; the second outlet is to discharge fine sweet corn kernels which go to further process; the third outlet is to discharge broken sweet corn cob.

This machine has no conveying belt, sweet corn kernels go ahead by water flow and spiral fins.

Thus, after this machine, you can get the best cleaned sweet corn kernel & insect free.
