Product Description

Summary:

SLD fluidized adopts two stage belting structure---firstly, quick-cooling step. Secondly, deep-freezing step. Independently speed control system, and the speed of the two meshbelts can be changed infinitely. 

1.Quick-cooling stage---the food particles are to be quick cooled after entering into the blast room. The surface of the particles would frozen and reach the temperature of 0 C. meanwhile, with the help of the striking chain, the particles would neither stick together nor stick on the stainless steel meshbelt.

2.Deep-freezing stage---the food is to be moved on a stainless steel meshbelt, the foodstuff layer loosens with the increasing of the airflow. Some of the foodstuff particles become floating(this is the reason why this equipment is not applicable to big bulk foodstuff) when the air pressure reaches a certain scale, which brings interspaces among the foodstuff particles, that is the way the fluidized bed come into being.

Name: conveying belt
1)Belt is made of SUS304 close spring mesh, and it is on wear resistant (polyethylene) roller and guide rail to extend belt lifetime.
2)There is wear resistant adhesive strip on two sides, to avoid leaking material.

1)Ф19mm aluminum pipe covered by large aluminum alloy fin. Advanced hydraulic expanding tube technology ensures fin covers closely on pipe.
2)It has the design of variable fin distance, ensuring the freezer working continuously and efficiently, and extending the freezer's service life. 





Name: insulation panel
1)PU insulation panel covered by double-side stainless steel sheet.
2)Two sides of base plate in room is slide, with one draining ditch on each side. There is Eccentric hook convenient for dismantle and installation.




 

Name: defrost device
1)Normal defrost way is normal water deforst. Defrost water pipe is using room water to defrost evaporator, ensuring evaporator to work efficiently.

2)There is an ADS air automatic defrost device for option.
