Product Description

Application

This machine is suitable for washing granular products in ball shape, such as pickled prunes, green plums and preserved plums, etc.; It has a good effect in washing dried jujube and raisin which are mixed with mud sand and other debris.

Working principle

The products from washing sector enter in a water pool. Through a pump the products are sended in a hydraulic conveyor to the higher level of the equipment where is located a cascade. In this point stones, nails, etc will stay in the trap.

The products travel trough riffles ending on a parabolic separator. Here water goes to the tank and products continue to the moisture increasing process or any next step.
